Organ Concert + Dinner & Cruise at 22:00

This is a whole evening program. After organ concert in the Basilica enjoy a one and half hour dinner-cruise on the Danube by the candlelight atmosphere.
After the concert, our hostesses will accompany you to the ship, cca. 4-5 minutes by walk.
By booking tickets for both programs you are entitled for discounted price for the Dinner & Cruise.

The St. Stephen’s Basilica is one of the most beautiful neo-classical buildings of Budapest. This is the most important church in Hungary, one of the most significant tourist attractions and the third highest building in our country.
The construction started in 1851, according to the plans of Miklós Ybl, and was completed by József Kauser in 1905. In the next 50 years the church suffered from wars, storms and earthquakes. The church was reconstructed 1983-2003.
The program of the concert was adapted by Miklos Teleki. The arias of the program are performed by Kolos Kováts, one of the most famous concert an oratorio singer inHungary. Among numerous prices, in 1992 he received also the highest prize hungarian artist can aquire: the Kossuth Prize. The flute is played by Eleonóra Krusic who is already known for her performances with different orchestras from Barcelona to Zürich, Graz and Vienna.

In this case, you will get a full evening program, an unforgettable theatre performance, and a romantic and delicious candlelight dinner on one of our heated or air-conditioned ships. After the concert, a host or hostess will show you to the pier. The cruise starts at 22:00, but always waits for the guests from the theatre.
Feel Budapest’s romantic atmosphere and enjoy excellent warm buffet-dinner, what is prepared by Hungary’s only one GaultMillau rated chef, Klöter Gregor-Grex, surrounded by the friendly lights of the Danube capital. We will take you on a 1,5-hour-long cruise on one of our air-conditioned ships. In the romantic candlelight atmosphere you can enjoy the wonderful view of Budapest swimming in light. After dinner you can also admire the panorama from the open upper deck of the ship.

If you book the program with pick-up service we would kindly ask you to fill the hotel name and telephone number fields on the ordering form, and at the day of the event please be at the reception of the hotel 40 minutes before the start of the program, and tell the receptionist that you are waiting for pick-up (taxi drivers usually ask them first).
